Do you have experience as admin or moderator? If so, please state what server(s): I have been Superadmin on Blim Co before this new one. And other servers such as Blue Castle Roleplay, Cosmos Engine, Fractal Gaming, Redline Gaming, Random Gamers Network, Exodus HL2RP, Twilight Gaming, Sector 4 Roleplay, Nano Tech HL2 City Roleplay, and more but can't remember the rest

Why would you like to become an administrator?: Because like I have said before, I even told Rodger this on steam. I don't like it when one person runs everything. It's a pain to do and I've been there before. You just end up being busy and not having fun with what you own. Another reason was that I was SA on Blim Co. Before this server rose up. Rodger, Cornelius and me were the 3 SA's and we ran and helped the server, though it wasn't at its peak as now. But I'd always come on and rp with Rodger and Cornelius whenever possible. I performed my administrative duties and did my job as I was supposed to do without a problem. I was always mature and I still am mature and capable of performing the same abilities as the last time.
Please explain your knowledge of administrative duties: The administrators are almost like police, to protect and serve, but in the case, they are to enforce rules and make sure everything is going smoothly with mature, respect and professionalism.
How long have you been playing on the server?: Since Blim Co. started really, so I think quite a while.
What sets you apart from most other administrators?: Well why would I set myself apart? But if I have to, I think because of how I approach the situations differently. I in my case, get the 2 sides of the story and with the information, I look at the references(such as the HL2 Wiki) to see who is right along with the server rules.

Do you have experience as admin or moderator? If so, please state what server(s): Yes, I have been an admin on this server before and from that I would like to re-apply as I feel I could do a better job than before.
Age (Lying about this is a major offense) : 15
Why would you like to become an administrator?: I would like to become an administrator as It was a fun job and I feel I could live up to the set standards for the role. I feel it would be also a good benefit too the server as I'm British and from the admins I know of, they're mostly American.
Please explain your knowledge of administrative duties: An admins job is to help the owner and other members of staff to view the community and make sure rules and being enforced within the player base. Also there to assist and provide aid to those who need help, while still role playing as they should normally.
How long have you been playing on the server?: Since the start.
What sets you apart from most other administrators?: Apart from other admins I am able to be beneficial to the server by covering the server in times that other admins may be idle from the server or not able to come on.

« Last post by Leon Rodgsky on January 29, 2016, 05:15:54 pm »I felt it necessary to produce a guide as to how exactly the Universal Union runs things on Blim Co. So... here you go.
Command Structure
On Blim Co, the Universal Union's workers (CWU), police force (MPF), and special police force (OTA) mostly serve independent from one another. They are centralized by the creatively named Central Government, which consists of the Ministers, Overseer, and Administrator/Advisers. The Central Government have three main purposes: They create laws, control the legal system (they reside over the JURY MPF division), and issue orders to the police forces.Central Government's Branches
The Central Government is composed of various ministries, all dictated by a single minister. The ministries are:- Security: Managed by the Minster of Security; has control over who is accepted into the MPF, issues orders to the MPF, and has authority over anything pertaining to the security of the State, such as the legal system.
- Property: Managed by the Minister of Property; has control over housing, stores, building usage, and anything else regarding the State's property.
- Information: Managed by the Minister of Information; manages the flow of information throughout the state, has usage of State Broadcasts, and has complete jurisdiction regarding the censoring of information. Usually works alongside the Minister of Security.
- Labor: Managed by the Minister of Labor; represents the Civil Workers' Union in the Central Government, and, accordingly, controls the distribution of goods throughout the state.
The Overseer
The Overseer serves as the centralizing factor to the Ministers, and reports only to the Administrator of Earth and to the Advisers. The Overseer has jurisdiction over the appointing of all Ministers, and can overrule a minister's decision with permission from the Advisers. The main purpose of the Overseer is to ensure the Ministers do not engage in internal conflict, do nothing to destabilize Universal Union control, and to carry out the will of the Administrator of Earth. The Overseer also has symbolic meaning, intended to serve as a character to be glorified and be seen as a role model; he also is a figure designed to be feared by those who question the Union's authority.
